What you'll do:

- The essence of the work is software maintenance of clients, who have purchased our software products and use them to connect to manufacturing, machine or software of the actual machines. Maintenance is done remotely or via phone, it is not necessary to perform maintenance on sight.;
- Helps clients of MOS Consult when issues arise with a given software;
- Document and describe problems in our internal ticket system;
- Troubleshoot problems, bugs and resolves issues, using software products such as TeamViewer, Skype, Skype for Business, VoIP;
- If necessary, perform monitoring of the systems of the client, as well as optimization of the installations to achieve better performance;

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in software development;
- Achieved or in the process of achieving university diploma in the fields of Computer Systems and Technology, Automation of manufacturing, Industrial Design or any other relevant field;
- Computer literacy and skills with the newest versions of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft SharePoint, Notepad++ and others. In case the employee is not well qualified to work with those software products, we will give him/her manuals so that he can study it during the test period; 
- Mandatory is an excellent level of German language. We look favorably on applicants who speak both English and German languages;
