What you'll do:
- Professional trainings on the offered by MOS Consult products;
- Train clients, partners and employees of MOS Consult to work with the software products offered by the company;
- Build and maintain a database with the clients of MOS Consult;
- Create documentation on how to work with the software products, including video lessons;
- Creates plans and programs for training of clients depending on the used softwares;
- Create company presentations, as well as presentations on the offered products and services;
- Familiarize, train, present in front of employees and clients of MOS Consult new versions of the software products and their functionalities.
- Business trips in Bulgaria and abroad.
What we're looking for:
- Mandatory excellent English language skill - written and spoken. The position is connected with traveling and communicating with clients and partners from various nationalities. We look favorably on applicants who speak a second European language;
- Mandatory excellent written skills in Bulgarian language;
- Maintain a serious corporate way of dressing;
- Achieved or in the process of achieving university diploma in the fields of Computer Systems and Technology, Automation of manufacturing, Industrial Design or any other relevant field;
- Computer literacy and skills with the newest versions of Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft SharePoint, Notepad++ and others. In case the employee is not well qualified to work with those software products, we will give him/her manuals so that he can study it during the test period;
